Why Can't We Read Our Private Messages?

I go to my private messages and when I click on them nothing happens.
I need two forum members addresses in order to ship stuff out but have no access to the messages.

Is the list on the page or is it blank?

If the list is there just scroll down to the message.

I've got a new private message from the Expiper and can't open it.I can click on his name and get his profile I just can't read the message.
When I click on the subject it highlights then nothing happens.

Also happened on this little net book I often use. I had to right click then open/new window, then repeat.

I installed the latest windows updates a few days ago and now the PM utility opens as it should with a single click.

So try that.

I have noted that too, because it is an auto response from computers (klik and we expect something to open.). Then I figured out all I have to do is be in my inbox and then scroll down and there it is already displayed for your reading pleasure..

I got a second PM from The Expiper and when I click on it still no joy.I right clicked it into a new window were I see about 20 PM's but none of them will open for me.
I did upgrade my windows recently but don't know which version it is.I am thinking 8 or 9? If that makes any sense.

I think Mike is right. At work my company computer does the same as your describing so I simply scroll down, on my home computer I click on the message and it goes to it I have been having trouble with firefox, thinking about going to chrome.

Apperantly something has changed as I used too just click on them.I never scrolled down far enough and when I did there they were.
