Why am I getting horizontal grouping vertical is good

I'm loading a 6.5SLR and I keep getting horizontal wide groups, very least is great. My gun has a 8.4 twist obermeyer barrel and I'm shooting 123 Sierra mk at around 3000 fps. Manners T5a stock bedded vortex 6-24 pst . I thinking it could be the stock and grip pulling the shot kinda driving me wacky can't figure it out

Check trigger fundamentals and or firing pin lock time (spring / pin drag) too

USE SOME WIND FLAGS...........

Just because you have good vertical doesn't mean you have good tune. Over a range of loads and/or seating depths, groups could be expected to string either horizontal or vertical when a ways off tune, then progressively close in to the best grouping available before they string out on the other axis when you go beyond tune in the other direction.
