Who’s Going to Chippewa Rifle NBRSA Match, Aug 16-17

I’m so looking forward to attending this upcoming match. It’s been at least 20 years since I shot there on a weekend before a Supershoot at Kelbly’s. I do remember getting my ass handed to me at 200 yards. How Gene Bukys could win the 2-Gun six times in a row is just unbelievable! I hope they have a great turnout.

I will be there after a long drive of 8 miles to the range. Kelbly's has offered to allow campers to stay on site and we will NOT be charging a fee for camping. We hope if you are thinking of shooting the event, that you will come and shoot with us. Chippewa is a great range to shoot at and can be challenging.

If you decide to camp at Kelbly's, just drive in and go to upper campground and find a spot. Electric is only thing available, but we do have a spigot and hose on the west side of the block building you can fill up your water storage.

Turn out should be good and if it is, there is talk of maybe two NBRSA registered events for next year. So show up and shoot and help support a club that is holding registered NBRSA events again.
