I just go to bass pro. I have several plates from them. 4 inch, 8 inch, 33%, 50%, and 100% IPSC all from bass pro. They sell the stands too.

Make It Ring targets. They will do custom stuff too. I had them make a set of 1/4" progressive sized paddles for a falling plate rack that I built for our rimfire shoots. I sent them the specs and I think I had them in around two weeks. Nice people to deal with.

Check out AA Targets. They have been doing it for 20 years. Honest people and quality stuff. Blue Steel Ranch in NM is littered with it
