Who makes the best recoil shoulder cushion?

I am wondering who makes the best shoulder wearable cushion. Want to get something for my wife so she can shoot the .30 Anybody know of a good one?

Yep, I'm not happy with the way mine fits unless I wear a layer over it but the recoil reduction is excellent.
