Who makes custom .284 bullets in the 160-180 grain weights?

Generally, I think Berger’s give the best accuracy and consistent bang for the buck.
But, if you’re looking for real custom 7mm bullets, take a look at Alan Warner’s Flatline projectiles, the BC’s are pretty high, I think the 7mm’s weight 151 grains, a little lower then your specs, but they are long and spikey, and they can be pushed pretty quickly.
I have seen people win at 1000 yards with his bullets. Not cheap, but I think in the right rifle configuration they are almost without peers.

F Class or BR wins? I shoot both.

It was an F Class match, the shooter was shooting a 308 with Warner’s 198 Flat line bullets, with a G1 BC of .855, the barrel was a 1:9 twist, since the bullet is so long. Do you homework before your jump, I’m sure Alan or his son would be glad to advise you. There’s a lot of info on the web, read it all.

Always check on availability of good brass and good bullets before ever even chambering a particular cartridge. No need in being handicapped from the start.
