Who makes Black Hills brass ?

What Co. actually makes the brass for Black Hills uses to load their Black hills ammo ??
I just weighed 20 1X 243 cases and all were in 2.5 Gn spread .

I saw on another forum that someone called BHA with that very question. He was told by BHA that their brass with BHA headstamp was regular Winchester. Don't know this for fact though.

It is WW, I've got a few hundred and they all fall right in the same 154 to 158 grain range and WW and have the same capacity.

THANK YOU ALL, WW , now to decide what to do with them, since I don't have any thing that shoots a 243. Maybe turn them into 7-08's ???

You can't tell who the maker is by the weight...

Many maakers arein the samae weight range.

I was given several hundred 223's by a friend. The average weight and average neck wall thickness matches my Winchester brass.

I bought some B/H .223 69smk match ammo a few years ago and it used the highly sought after RWS German made brass.
