Who made this trimmer??

I live in new york state,how unfortunate !
It looks like it was homemade by a machinist.

It's made of aluminum. The case holding end is steel with a collet similar to a Forster trimmer, but is not interchangeable. The cutter end is a 3 in 1, similar to the Forster.

Home made or Commercial is anybody's guess. Whoever made this did one heck of a nice job. When cleaning it up, I removed some glue from the front where it looked like a sticker had been applied at one time, so maybe Commercial, but then again, who knows. Thanks for looking and your replies.....
