Who made these Rings, mounts ?

Just p/u a Merkel Double with a scope-Leupold LPS scope on it,want to see about getting a higher set of rings and smaller-or cut down the ones it,bases so when removed the iron sight can be used.
Not markings on them.thanks

They look like Tally QR mounts and rings.
