Who is hunting with a 30br repeater (not single shot)?

I was just wondering if anyone if hunting with a repeating (not single shot loaded) 30br?
What do you hunt with it?
What load are you using for hunting?
Can you post pics including the magazine choice you went with.
Thinking of running 135-150 projectiles.

I have a Pierce Ti SA repeater with a 22 inch Bartlein 1-15 3B in 30BR. I shoot 125 TNT and lay the smack down on groundhogs and foxes/coyotes. Really fun walk around rifle.

Not a 30 BR, but a 30 Major.

It’s a varmint machine with the Speer 125 gr TNT. I can’t push it like I could with a bolt gun. But, 28 grains of H4198 yields about 2600 FPS.

At that velocity, the 125 Nosler BT will hold together better than the violent TNT. Would be great for whitetail or hogs.

I too am interested in the question posed. I am gathering up brass, dies, bullets, etc prior to having a new barrel chambered. I am considering a barrel with a 12 twist rate (based on the Berger twist rate calculator) that works for 125 through 165 bullets. I have purchased the Sierra manual that does provide quite a bit of load data to start with, but would like to hear what works for others, along with the twist on the barrel.
