Who does custom contouring of barrels

I have 2 rifles I want to rebarrel and want to use the same stocks.
The original stocks are fantastic I want to use them.
And one barrel is half octagon and round and need to fit in the inletting perfectly.

I had McGowan copy an octagon for me last year. It matched the inletting perfect.
