Who does Case Hard Bluing?

Is there someone who still does this type of Bluing? I heard someone say there was a guy in N.C. But I don't know who. :)

Doug Turnbull in upstate NY is probably the best known. He really gets some color with the old-time process. I have had a number of items done there. Pretty fast on the turn-around as well. www.turnbullrestoration.com
 
I am talking about case coloring. It is a Steel action. Fox Model Shot Gun. And a
single shot .410 side break. (Bad wording)

Color Case starts at about $150.00 without polishing. For a shotgun action requiring polishing I would guess you are looking at somewhere between $250.00 and $500.00. I can highly recommend Turnbull’s work.
 
Id say $500 on that is a safe bet from turnbull. If you ever watched the process you would understand why.
