Whidden shoulder bump gauge and bullet comparator

Any info on the whidden gauges.
I bought a package deal that included a Whidden 6.5 CM case gauge. Didn't really know anything about them. Finally got it out and looked it over. A very nice gauge. I pulled out my 6.5 CM Go gauge and dropped it in and tightened it down. Stopped exactly on 0.000". That had my attention. I now consider it by far my most accurate shoulder gauge. Here are the pics I snapped of it.

Got mine for straight 6BR last week.

Tried it out on some fired brass; first impression is that it's quick and easy (faster and less fiddly than the caliper+comparator method), and produces very repeatable measurements.

I have yet to use it in anger on some sized brass, but have every reason to believe that will follow my initial tests.

I use the RTCBS Precision Mic and wonder if there's really any difference in getting consistent measurements??? In either case, measuring this way is faster and more convenient to measure and check shoulder bumps.
