whidden dies?

Looking at buying a couple of new dies. One for my F/TR 308 and one for my 223 AR with a custom match barrel chambered in .223 wylde. My question is would their off the shelf full length bushing die be adequate or should i go custom? If custom do they need 3 once fired brass or something fired three times?

Also will be building a 30br and was thinking of a harrels die for it or would a whiddens be a good option?
