Which way to go?... Lapua or Norma 6mm PPC brass?

I am a 6mmBR shooter, and I am in the process of putting together a 6mm PPC.

Which way to go with cases - out of the box 6mm PPC Norma, or necked up Lapua 220 Russian (or any other options)?

Easy is not important - best cases are the goal.

What reamer design are you building on? As always the easiest way to go is with a chamber that closely matches Factory brass -in this case Norma is all that is available. Using Lapua brass from .220 Russian, you can go with a custom reamer of your preference, since fireforming is a necessity. My only experience has been with .220 Russian Gold Box Lapua.

Lapua 220 Russian brass. Lapua doesn't make 22 PPC brass.

I have used both - the Lapua's last better than the Norma's for me. Primer pockets stay tighter, longer. YMMV

Use Lapua 220 Russian and don't look back. By far the best way to go.
