My brother passed a few months ago and I am now trying to help his widow, my sister-in-law, liquidate his collection of firearms. Some of them have large capacity magazines and canisters. The plan is to list these firearms with their mags/cannisters online for purposes of selling them in the continental US. My understanding is some states do not allow shipment to sites within the state of certain magazines and canisters. Please advise me which states so I can include this information in the online listings.

First...sorry for your loss. You have to be careful with the “canisters”. If you’re talking about suppressors, they need to be treated differently. You should google “suppressor transfer” to get some answers. It’s not easy.
The good news is that you can just unscrew them from the gun and sell the gun while you deal with the suppressors.
I just saw you’re in Texas. I’d suggest finding a reputable Gun shop and sell them there. For some reason, Texans pay more for guns.

The map on that page is out of date. For example, as of 1 July 2022 Washington State has banned sale, import, distribution etc. of magazines larger than 10 round capacity, yet it is still blue on the map.
