The best choice of small rifle primer will depend on the powder/bullet combo, the type of cartridge (i.e. 6BR vs. .223 Rem for example), the type of rifle (AR vs. Single Shot etc.), the discipline you are shooting, and then you want to look at price, HazMat Fees, delivery fees, and the potential need to adjust loads if you are switching primer types.
Basically there are too many variables for there to be a simple answer.
