Which projectile for maximum splat in 7mm08?

I wan't to put together a maximum splat varmint load for short range (out to 200yards) with my 7mm08. I were thinking the Sierra 100gr HP, Speer 110gr TNT or Hornady 120gr Vmax. Ok so which is the most devastating of the lot & which would be your preferred powder of choice?

Personally I like the 120 grain v-max. They go splat real well and more stable with wind than the 100 grainer however I have never tried the speer 110 in anything yet.

The V-Max should def be a go-er but as you're only shooting to 200yds, the Speer HPs would be fine and those huge hollow points are known to come apart nicely.

I have a 120g NBT load in my sporter that goes sub moa that is perfect to 200 yds.
I dont have my data in front of me since I am out of country right now. It runs right at 3000 fps.

I would not consider the 120NBT a 'splat' projectile though.

The Sierra 100 grain option pushed fast looks good to me. I am a fan of VMaxes in smaller calibers but have read mixed reports in the 7-08.

Have shot the VMax in 7mm-08 and can verify they tear stuff up. PD's fly apart, even at long range. The only thing I didn't care for is the the recoil. After 50 or shots, it becomes uncomfortable.
