Which LH 22lr bolt action would you choose?

I got my LH 457 Varmint. So far, I really like it. I put an Area 419 30moa rail on it and an Arken EP5 5-25x56 FFP Mil scope. I also installed a lighter trigger spring on it and have it set at 10 ounces.
I really need to take the barrel off and thread it so I can use the ATS tuner and suppressor on it. Just for kicks, I put one of those rubber Limbsaver tuners on the barrel, and it actually worked pretty good.

I shot some 5 shot groups at 50 yards using some 40 gr Wolf Match Target ammo. The first two groups were without the Limbsaver on the barrel.

The next two groups were with it on the barrel. I pulled one shot, but was impressed what difference that piece of rubber on the barrel made.

Was there much to changing out the trigger spring on it?

I had a CZ457, nice rifle with good shooting potential but I could not shoot it consistenly because it is relatively light (vs my Fclass rifle). So be sure you try to align the purpose with the build. On the other hand I have read numerous reports about failed extraction and other problems on the Bergara which they will not correct, so I would steer clear of it.

Ok thanks, I thought I had read where you might have to drive some pins out to drop the trigger out of the housing.

You do have to drive out the trigger pin. I just removed the entire trigger assembly. It's a lot easier that way.
The spring kit that I bought also came with a replacement trigger pin with e-clips that just slides in.
