which front rest is this?

Speedco is defunct. Speedy is teaching at Trinidad at this time. John Loh made them and he is still in business. It is a very nice expensive rest. Try this john@jj-industries.com

Back in the late 1990's through early 2000, Speedy initially made a rest called the Ultra,see below)
John Loh entered the picture several years later and worked w/ Speedy to improve the design and make a few changes. The rest is now commonly referred to as a Loh rest by JJ Industries,see pic below of new model)
the rest in your picture is stainless steel I believe and was more expensive than the machined aluminum rests like mine. Speedco was a Speedy project with several big name BR shooters that didn't take off
I purchased Yvette's personal BR shooting rest about 8 years ago. It is serial number 18, because her b-day falls on the 18th of a calendar month
I've been offered nice cabbage $$$ for the rest however I have no intentions of selling
