Which Anealing Machine

The rubber coating they use on that drive wheel is marginal. Great when it works; maddening when it doesn't. I ended up peeling it off and contact cementing a strip of 220 grit sandpaper to the wheel. No more slippage issues (well, not yet, anyway.)
The product they (Annealeez) use is Permatex, try and get the red, it resists heat up to 750 degrees, the magic number. I mix a little fine-grain sand, with mine and brush it on. Works Great.
If you want to go another route for $230 (save money for something else) you can get one of these, does smaller amounts, but just as effective as the rest. Look up AGS Annealer.

Thanks, Gorgon; I looked for what that rubber stuff might be, but never found a source (I was searching for liquid latex, I think - it was a while ago.)

That machine sure looks nice and compact. Does it spin the cases in the flame?

Yes it does (spin the case) and it comes with "collar inserts" (you can see them in the pic) so you can do a bunch of different calibers. The company will even make custom ones for wildcat cases.
Forgot to mention, the AGS Annealer "does NOT" come with a power supply, because they make them in Europe (different plug-ins). No problem, get one on Flea-Bay for $10-$20, all day long.
I will be getting an AGS later this year for doing smaller amount of cases.
