Well it's done and I've been able to do break in and first round of load testing. In light of the main message board post "taking care of your gunsmith" thought I would post up how happy I am with the rifle. The Gary Eliseo R1 stock and his new bi-pod are great. After a little time working on getting butt plate all set up this thing just feels great when you get behind it. If you're shooting a CSS stock in F-T/R you need to check out the new bi-pod! John Pierce and everyone at Pierce Engineering were great to work with too. They put the rifle together with thier single shot long action. Action is nice and smooth, everything fits just like a glove.
I'm far from a great (good) shooter but I had three different loads that shot sub 1/2 MOA including one that was .242. It was load work up so at a 100 and only 3-shot groups but I was still excited to see those one hole groups. Next trip out will be at 300 and I'll be shooting 10-shot groups.
And yes, went with yellow but not all yellow.
