Which action/barrel in your 284 Winchester

284 Winchester owners. Just curious. Which action & barrel do you have on your 284 Winchester?

I have a build nearing completion. Savage Target action. 28" 9 twist Criterion ss barrel in a bull barrel contour.

My 1.350 Brux 32 inch is on a BAT M action...
My sporter Douglas 16 inch is on a XP-100 action...

284 Shehane. One on a Rem 700SA and the second on a Nesika K. Usually 30-31 inch Krieger straight 1.250 inch barrels 1:9 twist.

First one was built on a M700LA w/PTG bolt. Two bbls. for this rifle - 28" PacNor 3-groove 1:9tw, and 30" Bartlein hvy Palma 1:9tw. I use an AAC SCAR-H suppressor with the 28" bbl., and put the Bartlein on it for LR prone any/any matches.

2nd rifle is built on a BAT 3LL w/30" Krieger hvy Palma 1:9tw. This is also a switch bbl. rifle, with the 2nd bbl. being another 30" Bartlein hvy bbl. in 6.5x55 AI.

Main F Open rifle is a Barnard P action, swinging 29-30" barrels.

Other one is a Stohle Panda with an 8" twist barrel.

I have a Savage target action with a Krieger 30.5" 9 twist on it (most accurate gun I have ever owned or touched

I also have a Brougton barrel 30" 1-9 threaded for another savage just looking to pickup another action.

My first .284 Fclass rifle was built on a BAT 3 lug long action with a 29" broughton 9 twist barrel.
I am in the process of building my 2nd .284 with a Barnard P action with Vee block, using a krieger 8.5 twist barrel.

My long range hunting rifle in .284 is on a Winchester Model 70 Stainless long action and the barrel is a 26" Shilen Select match, light varmint contour (0.700" muzzle dia.) with a 1 in 9" twist rate. Chamber reamer is .284 Win. Match by PT & G.

My .284 Shehane is built on a Stolle Panda F class action with a 32" Bartlein 1 in 9 twist barrel.

She is bedded into a Precision Rifle and Tool low boy F class stock

I have a Savage Target Action, RBLP, with the Evolution trigger from SSS, and a 30" 3-groove 1:9 barrel from Benchmark. It sits in an almost identical blue PR&T stock as 6mmHot's:

Hi yes it is a very beautiful place.
I live in Wales in the UK and this was taken from the top of a hill farm a friend of mine owns , which is around 10 miles from Swansea where I live.
