Which .22 am I looking at?

I want to build a fast-twist .224 caliber round to launch 70-75 gr pills around 3-3050 fps. What round would best match that without running full tilt to get there? How would a 22 PPC fare vs a 223AI? They both seem to be in the 25ish grain class. Your thoughts?

223Ai, use factory fodder for varmint, and hand rolled for looong shoots.

A standard 223 will give you that velocity but for max accuracy i would go to a 22 PPC or even a 22BR depending on what action you have already i dont believe the 223AI will give you as much velocity when you can use the new powders in the 223 case to achieve the same results. I have used a 223 to get 3000fps with 80gr Sierra's in a 30" barrel and 3364 with 55gr BlitzKings.
