Where's Larry at Berger/Brownells?

Somewhere between two to four years ago a friend of mine talked to an older gentleman named Larry when he dialed Berger for reloading help. Larry said that he was actually working for Brownells and that the phone number for Berger reloading rung there. Larry said that he had shot an indoor rimfire league called "Snow Country" at our club in S. E. Michigan at one time.
Larry doesn't work there anymore and my friend would really like to talk to him about reloading again. Do any of you know who Larry is and how to contact him? I know this is really vague, but I'll be really surprised if you guys don't know who this. Thanks in advance.

I sent Leo Cebula, who runs the Snow Country League, a note about this. His reply:

"I checked with Phil Hoham, and he didn't know anyone named Larry that had shot the Snow County. We considered that he might be talking about the suburban [fullbore league], but Larry didn't compute."

Phil worked for Brownell's and now works for Berger. Could your friend have the name wrong?
