Where to shoot Fclass this weekend!

Long Range Alley in Shreveport has a 1000yd match on the third Saturday....not sure if the firing line is ready after recent improvements/concrete/cover in light of the recent rain. I won't be there as I have other commitments. They are also looking hard at Shotmarker targets from what I have heard:).

Edit- the LR F-class/prone match is confirmed for this Saturday 1/19. The new firing line is good to go according to management.

Awesome!!!! How can I find directions to the range?

Brian, it is about 18 mi south of Shreveport. Take I-49 south from Shreveport, take the Kingston/Frierson exit (Hwy 175) and turn right. Continue on hwy 175 for about 2.25mi, turn left of hwy 5 and continue just under 2 mi You will cross the interstate and the range entrance is just past that point on the left. Go straight to the back past the lake on your left to the firing line. It is a well run match. Bring some muck boots as the path from the parking area to the pits will be muddy right now.

Cuyama. Midrange Saturday, Palma Sunday. 800 squadding. Check road conditions 33 closed from south. 166 should be open. NRA, scores submitted. Will be dry cold and windy.

We do summer in the islands Marc....Cow, Forked, and Pecan;).
I ran over an alligator at Pecan Island one night driving home from Grand Chenier. Me and that gator were the only souls on hwy 82 that night.
Swerved in time to just catch his tail and didn’t stop to ask any questions, he was bigger than me.
