where to get savage criterion barrel

would anyone know where i can get a savage large shank criterion barrel besides northland shooters supply ive not been able to talk with anyone there either wont answer or bussiness is really good anyway i need a new after market barrel in 6mmbr bull 28/ or29in. long 1x8 twist thanks for info shooter63

Jim has been at the shot show and just got back Monday the 23rd and am sure he is answering the back log he has due to that. You will not find a better guy to deal with than Jim. And I have had nothing but Great results from the many Criterion Barrels i have. Several F open wins and two national records with them by my daughter in mid range matches. Hope this helps

I agree that Jim is a great guy. Leave him a detailed message and he will call you back IF he doesn't answer the phone. Once you get in touch with him you will see what he is like. Also, I think that he may be the only place to get these barrels.

I tried to get in before the price went up last fall and got a busy signal every time I called until I finally got the answering machine. I left a message and he called me back the next day. He will tell you whether or not he has it and I have found the list on Savage shooters to be less than accurate. I am sure you will be happy when it's all said and done.
