When I was a kid the local department store had a X-ray machine in the shoe department. You could try on a pair of shoes and look at the bones in your feet.

Yeah I read somewhere that those were like way way way over the legal amount of radiation emitted that’s probably why you don’t see them anymore

Local industrial x-ray does some small jobs in house.
Take it by their shop and ask.
Avoid 2 man 2 hr minimum plus film cost.
Does your dentist have a sense of humor?
They xray straight to computer screen now.

$25 bucks any Chiropractor or After Hours Clinic can do it for you ask around. I have had local doctors office and chiropractor X-Ray things for me in the past. Those places telling you no are really telling you what they think of you or your politics and gun ownership. You are just asking about them X-Raying the stock with no action of barrel correct?
