Where are the shooting ranges in southern California??

Come shoot with us at Ojai or Santa Barbara if your son is stationed North of LA.
If he's in San Diego, then Pendleton and Pala Range are recommended. Pala has a great 200,300,400,500,600 silhouette match on the 1st sunday of every month. Pala is about 20 miles due east of Oceanside.
Post your son's zip code and I can be more precise.

He is stationed and lives in SanDiego...zip--92123...he takes me up to Camp Pendelton frequently ...so I will look around and ask while in the area... I will be looking for a place to shoot...or at least shoot the breeze!!...Thanks for the response...and any other nearby ranges and info will be much apreciated...Roger

Over Here in Phoenix on 4/18 & 4/19 is the Az state midrange championships. 300-600yds for two days and hands down the cheapest registered match you'll ever shoot.
Some Az boys are heading to Pedleton May 5/23 & 5/24 to partake of some fine Palma and 1000yd shoot'n.

Thank YOU MIKE....my son's plans change by the hour,,and I cant really say on the internet when and where he is, or we will be!!! buttt the info for MCB is 'right on',,,I am shure he can get 'us' on base for one of the upcoming events....thank again and good to hear frm uuuu....I got him a new 'used' Tahoe and am driving it out to him,for a vist...in his absence I will be there to run around with my daughter in law,and grandaughter that I dont get to see very often also.....Roger
