You can usually google the title like ( Red ,White and Blue shooting ) or PM one of the people commenting
in the discussion. Takes a bit of work..but not hard

True enough, it's not hard.
Adding 2 state letters (e.g. TX, PA, NY, FL, CA, IN, WV) to the thread title is also not difficult.

Both IBS and NBRSA have a "Ranges" section on their web pages with range name, location, and a contact. IBS even shows the locations on a map. NBRSA lists by geographical region.
