What is the deal with all the suppliers not having any Hornady 105grn A-Max bullets. I think I have looked all over and can't find any.

I called all the suppliers around my area and they are sold out as well. People are hoarding them because, what I'm told mostly, is because of the Obama scare. I just keep checking the classifieds and usually find them here and there. You just have to be fast to get them, though.
Called Midway last Monday, and tried to place an order for 308 related items. First 4 or 5 items on the list,, dies, gauges, etc) were "out of stock", "on back order", "don't have it", etc. Guy said they cannot keep anything 223 & 308 related in stock. Cancelled entire order, and was able to eventually pick-up all items from several different suppliers. I've heard a rumor,?) that the EPA has shut-down Rem & Win. primer production?:,

Some people are scared that Obama is going to re-enact gun bans. That he is also going to start new, higher taxes on anything gun-related,i.e. brass, powder, bullets, etc.). Thus, in this hypothesis, prices will be alot higher and it's the time to get them while they are cheap. This is alot like the Y2K scare. It's possible, but not for sure if he will, or if he does, can it be railroaded.

No electric power, aircraft radar, record keeping, food & gosoline supplies, yada-yada-yada: the end of civilisation & the end of the world. "Buy your meals ready to eat", "build an underground bunker", stock up on toilet paper, etc. What happened? nothing: never mind.
