When "conditioning" a clean bbl....

.... Should you use the same powder to condition the barrel as the powderYou'll be shooting for groups?

I have a bunch of TAC and LVR powder rounds and I'll be shooting AR- Comp for groups.

This will be a semi auto AR15, so I'm not looking for bench rest accuracy.

In a benchrest rifle, yes. For what you are doing it probably won't matter.

I run whatever junk I have laying around , factory left overs , not great reloads etc... I have never seen a difference when it comes to re-fowling a barrel after a good cleaning.... They only thing I can say is some factory ammo and powders are WAY more dirty than others... Might effect something and for serious accuracy shooting I would use whatever powder I would be using in my reloads for that day just to be safe...
