What’s the best Thermal scopes

I saw video off a pulsar , not sure of the model but is was about $4000 unit. The video will go to a smart phone via Bluetooth. It was very clear. Saw same from a ATN that was about $1100 scope and there was no comparison to the Pulsar.

Pulsar, IRay, trijicon, American made supposedly. These are the top mfg scopes.

Hogster, super hogster, wrath, rattler all decent entry level scopes.
Get a hand held thermal scanner as well for the best setup.
