What year or lot of Vv133 is fastest and which is slowest?

Im doing some research and buying of some 133, so Im just trying to find information or advice on the last several years of V133 . Opinions and just some relative feedback on which year's were best and so forth.

i hear the newer lots are faster than the older. I get this info from some of my better ppc shooting customers. I have no first hand knowledge. im still shooting on 24 pounds of a 2015 lot,

Is there any truth to people saying powder gets slower the longer it sits around?
I figure it would if exposed to moisture.

Drier gets, faster it gets.

I am shooting a lot from 1998 that I bought from the late Ralph Council’s estate.

I bought it on a whim, it shoots quite well. 30.2 grains gives 3450 in my Chamber with Alpha brass.

around 2018, When VHT added the decoppering agent, some of the powders starting burning faster (N140 for me). N133 though I did not start to use until last year and still using the first lb. The latest data update I got for Quickload is showing the powders are burning slightly slower than they used to.

N135 did not change as it already had the decoppering agent.
