What would you reccommend?

For .223 75gr, 77gr, and 80gr fired from AR15.

I was thinking of getting:

If I went Redding, what die set or dies would you recommend?

Type "S" Match FLDS although don't really think it is worth the extra $ over the Foster dies.

Full length resize for any gas gun unless you've been reloading for a "long time" and know what you can get away with.

From a fellow Savage F Classer ..... welcome to the forum! ;D I think the dies you are considering will be fine for your AR-15. I do agree with TimP that the Redding type S Full length bushing set is good as well.

I have to agree that of those choices and dies that are available for this purpose, the Redding "S" Type FL Bushing set is my choice and the most user friendly die I've run across. Now I don't reload much for "gas guns", but I use the Reddings and Wilsons exclusively for Benchrest accuracy reloading. Tried several of the others and settled in on these two makers. Just can't go wrong with these.
