If you are using Redding bushings go .001-.002 under the measurement across the neck of a loaded round. L.E.Wilson bushings go .003-.004 under. If you are loading for a repeating rifle we suggest you load up a couple "dummy" rounds to what you will be loading all your rounds too and fire a couple rounds with them in the magazine. Re-measure them to see if they have set out or set back in the neck of the cartridge. If they have go to the next size SMALLER bushing. You will probably end up with a spread of bushing sizes to compensate for different manufacturers of brass and as the cartridge gets firings on it to retain the same neck tension as you started with when they were new. This goes for cartridge cases with turned and un-turned necks too. If you have any more questions on this please feel free to contact us in this string or at TechSupport @bergerbullets.com
Take care!
