Those are nice looking rings and should make a fine option. I've mounted several scopes on Tikkas in the past and did not know these were available. I guess the only drawback is they may not make them in 20 moa cant. If cant is needed I have used picatinny. I see on that same site that Hawkins makes a nice looking set of 1 piece rings and bases like the Talley lightweights but heavier with a 25moa can't and a bubble level.![]()

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^THIS^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^I like the Talley one piece mount/ring setup. Very durable for hard field use. I have them on all my Tikka's.
I have used those quite a bit. My only reservation I will mention is that I have seen some sets that either due to mounting hole position or the rings themselves did not sit square and needed to be lapped to avoid scope damage. I check every set of rings regardless of brand with my scope and a lapping bar to make sure there is no binding. Some will surprise you.I have switched all my rifles to Talley. When you have rings and bases as one piece, then you have no rings to square up with bases and eliminate something that could go wrong in the field.
I am not sure what the "UM Tikka" rings are but if they merely attach via dovetail connection to the receiver then I wouldn't use them for any caliber over 223 Rem.Am I mistaken in thinking the UM Tikka rings are not available for a 1" tube diameter?
