what rings for a sightron 10-50x60 scope

i bought myself a sightron 10-50x60 scope for right now i'm using a set of luepold extra high rings but want to go with a 20moa base and pic/weaver ring but i'm concerned about the scope hitting the barrel(bull barrel no taper) right now i have about 1/16th" gap between scope and barrel and with a 20 moa base it would cant the scope down in front. the other option is to use a 0moa base and buse signature zee rings.

I just set up a 10-50 on my daughters 6BR using a EGW 20 moa picatinny and Burris signature zee's. I went with extra highs so I could use/install my leather scope caps. I could have gotten by with highs, but had minimal clearance, maybe .040-.060 clearance..

I have Burris Xtr 6 screw medium rings on Barnard 20moa picatinny rail. I do this to center scope reticle to center and maximize my windage when competing midrange or long range. Barnard rifle has heavy Palma contour bbl. No problem fitting a mirage shield between bell and barrel. I have one with sightron s3 10x50x60 and the other SV model with 34mm tube.

I like the NightForce 6 screw Ultra-Light 1.375" rings with this scope on a rifle that has some recoil. - The 4 screw Ultra-Light 1.375" rings do well on one where there's less recoil. (6 BR etc.)

You simply cannot go wrong with any of Ken ferrell's scope rings. I have the high version mounted on my sightron SIIISS 10-50x60 with a 20 MOA Ken Ferrell base. and have enough room for a mirage shield between the 1.25" straight barrel and the bell.

I have a S111 6x24x50 on a 20 MOA base. I have at minimum 1/4" of clearance on a heavy, no taper scope with TPS medium rings. If you are interested I could measure it tomorrow and get you a true measurement.
