I have a local gun club which has shoots for rimfire often, some bench , prone . I have looked at Rem 541 , cz 452 or 455 , anshutz 64 . I have looked on several sights ,prices all over whitch one or something different ? Thank You Jason

Of the ones you listed, definitely the Anschutz unless you want to compete in a sporter class. It might be best to attend the match and observe what others are shooting before you buy. Most will even let you give their "sporting arm" a try. Then ask around, local club prices are almost always below retail stores and the the Internet.

Of all the ones you mentioned , I like the CZ or Burno , I shoot the 452 , it is not a gun to compete with the Anschutz but will shoot with the 541 Remington's at half the price . Just go to the matches and talk to some of the guys , if they are anything like the folks I have been around , they would be happy to help .

I will go to some matches and see what they shoot . I did see a 100 -200 yd silhouette type shoot . I am assuming that I will need to shoot 40 gr bullets at that range . Thanks

None of the guns would be really competitive @ the USBR matches @ my club. I also recommend attending a few matches before making a decision. To be really competitive a known accurate shooter with specific ammo (and lot #) is necessary. IMO It will be the only way I will learn to shoot outdoors in the wind. Something I will be striving for this year.

Jason,
There is a question as to how serious do you want to get with this "Gun Club" shoot and how much do you want to spend for the rifle? Over the years I've seen all sorts of makes and models used in various disciplines. It is UNREASONABLE to expect a $400 rifle to produce the results of a $1200 rifle and likewise unlikely that a $1200 Rimfire will produce that of a $3500+ rifle. And that's before even adding the glass you will mount. Now I've had great success with an Anschutz 64 MPR when competing against even some custom built rigs that cost $3500+. But that is partially due to having a Tuner on the barrel and lots of testing with some rather expensive top quality Match ammo. But regardless of the rifle, you must test various ammos to find what your rifle likes the best. And Rimfire rifle, especially, are ultra sensitive to ammo. What works best in an expensive rifle may not perform well at all in a lesser or even more expensive rifle. Each is unique and you have to be ready to spend some money for ammo to boot. All that is based on years of experience and having owned and tested a variety of brands of Rimfire Rifles. BTW, the only one I still have is the Anschutz which still performs at a high level today and still loves Federal Ultra Match UM22 best. But I'm also keenly aware of what the competition is shooting (in terms of the rifle) and there are simply rifles out there being used by the serious guys, who I wouldn't even waste my time or ammo, shooting against. Just some food for thought.
