What powder load to use to fire form 22-250 to 6.5CM?

I'm making 6.5CM brass from 22-250 brass and have no idea which or how much powder to use to fire form.

Case volume of 22-250 is smaller than 6.5CM by 10gr. Heaviest bullet .224 bullet I can use to calculate in Quick load is 80gr. I have some 130gr 6.5mm bullets I want to use for this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Personally, I would use cream of wheat and bullseye. Start off at 6.0g and work up your load till your brass is fully formed or close to it.

I used 231 and the COW method mentioned above, started at 8gr and worked up, I think I ended around 12 or 14 grains.
