What non gun projects have you been doing?

Well what good is a flatbed trailer without a big ole winch...12,000lb should be sufficient...
Picked up a like new 16', 10,000lb trailer for a killer price. (I am too embarrassed to post what I paid it is that damn low...LOL)
5 brand new tires, including the spare!
Winch is mounted. Just need to bolt on the control box and run the wires to the batteries. Got tired of working on it today...LOL
Batteries, with a cut off switch, will go in the green box.

Modified firewood lifter rigged up with an electric winch that plugs in to the trailer connector. Lower platform to the ground, load wood , lift platform, swing around and roll it off in to the bed. Works for deer too!

Built a new wood shed, stocked it up then fitted the Jeep with a set of ice breakers and rebuilt the plow brackets.

Cultured stone on my basement. 5000 rocks later I'm ready to be done. Halfway done on a side and the other side to do. But hey that don't look too hard I told myself lol. I guess at $15 per ft installation cost I'm saving some cash.

Standing shooting rest that folds and disassembles flat. Myself and a buddy made this up for a friend that couldn't sit at a bench and shoot.

At any given time, I’ve got one rifle build going and 150 wild deer on feed.

Im building a toy chest for my sister’s baby, so that’s cool.

I’ve been working on myself mostly. 80-90% red meat and egg diet, lots of weights, very little booze and mostly water. I feel amazing. If I could cut out the handfuls of wheat thins at 3 am, I’d probably look the part.

helping my grandson get his side business going...he's an FFL and has a small shop. So I suppose this really isn't "non-gun related". But I'm still very proud of him. He's starting slow, building up a customer base, and hopes to be able to quit his day job within 5 years and do his shop full-time. He got lucky and submitted his business license with the town, was approved, leased a facility, transferred his license from his home...then the town decided no more gun shops. He's the only shop in town, which is pretty sweet for a new business!

Someone dumped 8 cats (5 juveniles and 3 kittens) in the city park near our house about 3 weeks ago. Long story but the wife has been working with animal control and we fostered 2 in our garage for a few days but now all but 2 have found new homes!
