The joys of unloading piles of gear. I just finished unloading from SWN and it’s time to get it all back in it’s place until the next one...and I’m sure this pile is nothing compared to some others.

Got caught in rain at Camp Atterbury once, took days to dry out everything. Some things didn’t make it. You find out the difference between water resistance and water proof.

My gear is still on a trailer that is coming home via Las Vegas...not with me though. I have the good fortune of having a fellow shooter pick mine up en route from Florida and deliver it to Phoenix so I and my wife could fly. He and his son are taking the scenic route back home.

Spotting scope
Shooting mat.
Wasn’t missing anything.

Logistics; it's the part we all forget about, all solve differently; and ultimately it's a make or break.

I guess as reloaders, we all should apply our OCD to storing and transporting our equipment too. I find Sterilite containers to keep things organized in the garage and transportation. Hmm, I even had a few that performed better after i removed flashing from the mouth (neck turning?)

Oh hell yeah!!

If you have never attended a big match then you are missing the camaraderie, fun and intensity that goes along with it. It’s absolutely an amazing group of people to hang out with for a week and they are memories I wouldn’t trade for the world. Nationals is no different...

Only 300? I have 370 after practice day and loaning my rifle for one match.

Nope. I’m perfectly capable of sitting on the ground.
My shooting bag, and coat were in the action packer, along with my clothes, toiletries, and perhaps some liquid refreshment.
