What load should I use on a 140gr bullet using IMR 4831 in a 7mm RSAUM

I purchased some IMR 4831 powder to shoot some 140 grain nosler ballistic tips through my new 7mm RSAUM barrel. I bought the cheapest bullets I could find because I am only gong to break my barrel in with this load then I am going to Berger VLD 180s. Anyway, I cannot find a load for this combo and I don't want to blow up my new barrel. The closest I have found was in a Speer reloading manual using a 145 grain bullet and the same powder. Do you think I could start with the starting charge for the 145 grain? I think it would be ok but thought I would ask and see what others thought.

Thanks for the help,

Gil
