What Lake City brass date best for 223 rem unfired new brass

Looking for place selling unfired Lake City brass for 223 foumd a place selling 2007 and 2009 what would you suggest to try

Which ever one is cheaper, ;)

Honest, While there may be a slight difference in volume between the two because of minor variations in the alloy of the particular run and machine set-up, or perhaps a die change, (dies and parts wear-out and are replaced).
It won't matter which one is used.
I believe using all the same year class is important, but choosing one over the other shouldn't matter.
I have 08's for one gun and 07's for another, it's how I keep them separated for each gun.

Pardon the newbie question, but why seperate LC cases by year when loading?

It's a way to try for greater consisency. Neck tension, internal case volume, etc... to try to create ammo that shoots exactly the same each round.

That said, for .223.... I don't even sort by Brass Kind... let alone year... and my ammo shoots better than anything I can buy. (I do sort off any PMP brass... since it's internal volume is the one kind that is significantly lower than everything else)
