What is wrong with Midway?

Tried to take advantage of the free shipping, site wouldn't accept my email or password, tried to change password, no luck, tried to re-register, no luck. Set up a new account and ordered from Midsouth! Seamless! The Bergers were cheaper too!

After the several problems I had The incredibly long time to ship with no communications tracking etc. after me calling and getting upset the rifle miraculously appeared at my FFL3 days later too bad it was the wrong rifle and a lesser model when I bought the more expensive model and the over one month it took for my refund after attempting to buy a new CZ457 22 cal rifle I’m gonna let midway starve for a while maybe I’ll call in 2021

I order from both Midway and Midsouth and have had no issues with either, in placing orders, nor getting the product delievered within days. In fact Midway may be just a little faster, but more than satisfied with either one.

Midway has been very slack recently with customer service and shipping. Took me almost a month to receive 2 Redding Bushings and 1 K & M expander mandrel that was showing "IN STOCK" and supposedly shipped same day I ordered. I've started using Midsouth and others much more now.

Like a lot of people he sold out for the money but honestly I probably would also when someone makes an offer with that many zeros behind it it will change a man

Maybe I'm the exception or just lucky but I've never had a problem with Midway. Most recent order was three weeks ago, arrived when they said it would and it was correct.

No problem. Great service. I wanted to change the trigger in my Trigger Tech from straight to curved. Way too expensive to send back to Trigger Tech (Canada). Went to Midway where I purchased it and had it in the mail in 15 minutes.

I've never had a problem with a Midway purchase that I can remember offhand, but I'm not much of a high-volume buyer either. Their Surepost shipping does leave something to be desired, though.

Midway has not been accepting calls for quite sometime now. It's been a pain-in-the-$#! to contact them recently and I've taken my business elsewhere.

They cut way back the hours you could call for orders or assistance long before Covid came. I had so much trouble trying to straighten out an order that I have not bought anything there since.

That rifle has a list price of around $750.00 depending on where you order it from. I called my local small gun shop he ordered it for me and I had it in five days $700.00. I always try to buy from him. By the way, there were no shipping charges. Giving business to the little guy is always better.

It was cheaper at my local gun shop as well but they were closed for two weeks for the Covid stuff I patiently waited after two weeks they were close for another two weeks so I ordered through midway when they opened up and I went back in there they had two on the shelf and I still have not heard from Midway so I just bought one from them
