What is this RCBS press accessory?

I just bought a fellows reloading equipment from him, there wasn't the amount of treasure that some of you have found recently, but a few items I can use.
There are 2nRCBS presses; a very old RS-Reloader Special, and a newer RCII.

I can't figure out what the item in the pic below is, or where it would attach to a press. (assuming it's a press accessory)

Help please.

I think that is a powder hopper mount that goes on the press above for using a powder-thru die. My memory may be wrong though. There should be more to it also?

Yes sir! I was just using reverse google image (or whatever it's called) and it is indeed a part of a drill press mortising tenon kit.
The finish on it is nearly identical to RCBS parts, and not hard to see how the seller had it in the parts he sold me. I'll have to give him a call, see if he needs it.
