This is a Smith & Wesson Model 610 that I have had since 1992; it has a competition action job and cylinder chamfer. I have no idea what these 2 items are.... I might have know back in the day but now I am clueless. Thanks in advance!IMG_0291b.jpg
 
Thanks, they are hollow metal tubes. I don't think they are alignment rods, but what do I know. Hoping that someone can answer this :oops:
 
I’m not familiar with S&W revolvers. Do they have replaceable barrel liners? Obviously, if those are barrel liners there should be grooves visible.
 
Alignment rods seems to be the way I'd go too, but not sure why that top one is shorter than the barrel, I'd think it would be longer.
And what are those red things on the one end?

Show a picture of the muzzle please. I think there sleeves for different barrel lengths. I remember something about this just can’t remember yet.
