What is the Lightest Good-Quality 3-9 Scope?

I'm looking for the lightest-possible good quality 3-9 scope to put on a hunting rifle that is on the heavy side--a .243 Win. that goes close to 8 lbs.. bare. I suppose I could look for a lighter rifle, but I like the one I have and would like to get it field-worthy with a lightweight scope.

I have a Crimson Trace Hardline 3-9X40 that I really like.
Price is economical.
Glass is way above price point!
All the controls move smoothly.

I have 4 Crimson Trace so far, and highly recommend!

13.5 oz .
I just went through a search magnification and weight were my criteria with weight being most important.
Side parallax will add weight

When I built my ultra light, 20 years ago, Leupold made a ultra light 3x9, if I remember correctly it was 9 oz. I just sold it a while back.

Swfa ultralight 2.5-10x32. 9.5oz. I have one and like it. It holds zero and tracks accurately. Glass is good enough

Yes, there are a couple of the Leopold's that are around 11 oz. Depending on if you want bigger objective bell, or adjustable parallax and what not. A non adjustable 3-9 or 2-7 in the 40mm range will be very light.

I put a Leupold VX3HD 3.5-10×40 on my Tikka T3X Lite in 243. It's 13.1oz and I've been very happy with it. 3.5× is good on pigs in the scrub and the 10× lets me headshoot out to 300 metres in open country. No parallax adjustment but I haven't had a problem. I also run it with a red led torch to shoot at night and the standard duplex reticle is very easy to see and aim with.
