Me and my 243 consistently shoot around .6 at 100 yards. That is not to say that I have not had some screamer groups down around .3 It sounds as if you have the reloading down, and the rifle is quite capable( and beautiful). No one wants to hear that they are the limiting factor in the accuracy equation, but I have to agree with what some others have said already. A hunting stock such as yours can be sensitive to even minor variations in your technique, it isn't like you are shooting a wide, flatbottom BR stock! I would say that with a bit of practice, you could split the difference in your groups and consistently shoot at .5 or better, and see more of those .2 groups in the process. You are part of the system, just as the ammo and the rifle itself. Good shooting!
