What is a good powered tool for cleaning neck/shoulder?

hoz53, this powered method works well at cleaning and shining up necks and shoulders. Inexpensive stuff bought at Harbor Freight. Wet the felt disc pad surfaces with Flitz and let it dry so it does not fling off. Leaves plenty of fine abrasive behind for cleaning. One or two case rotations and done. I don't like the messy waxy polishing stick.

I just rotate cases once against the fine brush to remove the loose deposit and call it good. Looks like fine bluing on gun steel.
